DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

yes we ship worldwide. we offer standard international shipping but please be aware that due to the pandemic situation, delivery times may vary and may take a bit longer than expected, but please be rest assured that your order will definitely get to you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you receive a wrong product, please email us at doublefreshcosmetics@yahoo.com, with a photo of the wrong item unopened, after which we will send you a shipping label to have the item returned to us and the correct item will be sent after we receive the wrong product.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

please be aware that our shipping team work so hard to get orders shipped on time. please understand that, we can not make price adjustments, change or cancel orders once it has been submitted.
